Introduction
This work was created from a conscious focus on light, reflection and the moment, and was subsequently printed on high-quality eco-paper.
Author's thoughts:
Here I can see what I have in front of me, at least partially. I see many colored pens here, lying on my desk, accompanying me, using me, bringing me joy, just like the other supplies there!
I love to write, I love the small, helpful tools here, be they stamps, paper, pens and pencils, pictures, and my telephone. I need notebooks. Telephone books, so I can reach whomever I want to speak to, and so I can be reached myself. Two lamps illuminate what I do; the sun illuminates things even better in its own way. I have my phone right here with me. I love the brightness. It helps me see things more clearly. I see more clearly. I get a better picture.
Many images come to mind: Surrounded by my daughter, my grandson, my brothers, and by plants, I am here. I find peace amidst all that surrounds me. I have a few small tools at hand: a large magnifying glass, tweezers, and much more—little treasures, gifts, glass art, even an alarm clock. Cards, stamps, and memories. This is how rich I am, how rich my life is, even though I am often alone here.
