Return and Refund Policy

I sell original, unique artworks (one-of-a-kind pieces) as a private individual.

Right of Withdrawal (EU)
Customers have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided no legal exception to the right of withdrawal applies.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

Return Conditions
A return is only possible if the artwork is in the same condition as delivered: undamaged, unaltered, and carefully packaged.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Unique Pieces / Final Sale
The artworks offered are one-of-a-kind pieces (unique items).
The legal right of withdrawal also applies to unique artworks, unless an exception under § 18 FAGG (Austria) or Article 16 of the Consumer Rights Directive applies.
Artworks explicitly marked as “Final Sale” may be excluded from voluntary returns after the statutory withdrawal period has expired.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect the artwork immediately upon receipt. If it arrives damaged or if an error has occurred, please contact me promptly at:

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.
